Adrian is the founder of InPlace and a seasoned insurance advisor with a passion for helping businesses protect what matters most. With years of experience across Fire & General insurance, Adrian brings a strategic, solutions-first mindset to every client he works with. He's known for cutting through complexity, delivering fast answers, and backing NZ businesses with cover that actually fits their needs.
Adrian leads the InPlace team with a focus on people, performance, and building strong relationships, values that carry through everything we do.
Lisa Lamb
Lisa Lamb heads up InPlace Fire & General, bringing more than a decade of experience as both an underwriter and an insurance advisor. Having worked on the insurer side, Lisa understands how risks are assessed and priced, and she uses that knowledge to negotiate strong outcomes for InPlace clients.
Lisa advises on a wide range of commercial and domestic insurance, from business property and liability to home, contents and vehicle cover. Clients value her practical, straightforward approach and her ability to explain complex policy wording in plain terms. Whether placing a new programme or reviewing an existing one, Lisa’s focus is making sure clients are properly protected and getting genuine value from their cover.
Skye Hodder
Skye Hodder manages the claims department at InPlace, guiding clients through what can often be a stressful time. She works with each client from first notification through to settlement, keeping them informed and making sure their claim is handled fairly and efficiently.
Skye also works closely with Lisa Lamb in a broker support role within InPlace Fire & General, helping with policy administration, renewals and client service. Her existing relationships with insurers help claims and queries move quickly, and she is continuing to build her knowledge and experience across commercial and domestic insurance.
