InPlace Refer-a-Friend – $100 Prezzy Card Reward (NZ Only)

Eligibility

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. InPlace employees, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to receive referral rewards.

How to Refer

To make a referral, complete the online referral form at inplace.co.nz/refer.
You may refer an individual or a business, but you must confirm that the person or company being referred is aware of and agrees to their details being shared with InPlace for the purpose of being contacted.

InPlace may contact the referred person once to confirm consent before any service-related discussion. We will not send promotional or marketing messages unless the referred person opts in.

What Counts as “Joins Any of Our Services”

A referral qualifies when the referred person or company becomes an InPlace client by completing one of the following through InPlace:

• taking out an insurance policy, or

• setting up life or medical cover, or

• settling an asset-finance facility

and the product remains active beyond any applicable cooling-off period (30 days). InPlace reserves the right to verify that eligibility criteria have been met.

Reward

Each qualifying referral earns one (1) NZ$100 Prezzy Card.
Rewards are issued within 15 business days after the cooling-off period has ended.
Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prezzy Card terms and conditions apply (see prezzycard.co.nz).

Limits

Unless stated otherwise, each referrer may receive up to 10 rewards during the promotion period. InPlace may withhold or cancel a reward if a referral is found to be fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible.

Promotion Period

Starts 10th November 2025 at 12:00 pm, and ends 30th November 2025 at 11:59 pm. Any changes to dates or availability will be announced on inplace.co.nz/refer.

Privacy & Contact Consent

We respect your privacy and comply with the Privacy Act 2020.
Personal information collected through the referral form is used solely to manage the referral process and issue rewards. We will only contact referred people who have given permission. View our Privacy Policy for more details.

Marketing Messages

By submitting a referral, referrers agree to receive service emails about their referral’s status. Referred people will only receive marketing if they have opted in. All marketing messages include an unsubscribe option.

Referrers must not provide financial advice or product recommendations. All financial advice and product information is provided solely by InPlace and its licensed financial advisers.

Fair Trading & Changes

This offer is conducted in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. InPlace may amend, suspend, or end the offer at any time, but any qualifying referrals already confirmed will still receive their reward.
