Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is InPlace, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens at 12.00am NZDT on Sunday 1 March and closes at 11.59pm NZDT on Tuesday 31 March.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements as outlined in the giveaway post.

Only valid entries received during the promotion period will be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or invalid entries.

5. Prize

The prize is one passenger hot lap experience at Hampton Downs.
The hot lap vehicle, number of laps, and experience format will be determined by the provider on the day.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Conditions

Participation is subject to the terms, conditions, and safety requirements of Hampton Downs and the experience provider.

The winner must be physically fit to participate and must follow all safety instructions.

The winner will be required to sign all liability waivers and acknowledgements required by the venue or provider.

The experience is subject to availability and weather conditions and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.

7. Costs

All costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
This includes travel to and from Hampton Downs, accommodation, meals, insurance, and any additional experiences.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

The draw will take place on 10 April 2026.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or participating in the prize.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy law.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
